Correspondence, notes, memoranda, drafts of speeches and press releases, clippings, and other research material compiled by or for Mason Dobson, Phillip Drotning, John Lobb and other secretaries to Governor Walter Kohler, Jr. Many files pertain to Kohler's 1954 gubernatorial campaign against William Proxmire. There are also significant files on the Governor's Commission on Human Rights and the State Annuity and Investment Board.
