Abstract:

Records of the congregation and several of its organizations such as the Ladies Aid Society, Pilgrim Fellowship, Women's Fellowship, and others. Included are minutes of meetings, histories, annual reports, membership and financial records, sacramental records, Sunday bulletins, correspondence, newsclippings, and photographs.

The First Congregational Church of River Falls, Wisconsin, was founded by New England settlers in 1855. In 1856, this infant church chose its first minister and in 1858 dedicated its first church building. The church prospered through the Civil War period and in 1884 erected a new building. This was rebuilt in 1934.
