Abstract:

A record of judgments filed with the Clerk of Courts showing names of parties in the case, date of filing, and text of the judgment. The latter may include a summary of the proceedings in the case, including findings of the jury or the court, a description of property affected by the judgment, and the amount of the judgment. There is an index at the front of each volume.
