Abstract:
Twenty-four black and white photographs made by photographer Mark Duerr in the early 1980s concerning Wisconsin cheese production at family-owned factories, and forty-five black and white photographs concerning Wisconsin food cooperatives and people involved in the production and distribution of their stock. Duerr drove a truck for North Farm Co-op in the early 1980s so that he could make these photographs.
