Abstract:
Papers of Wilder H. Haines including numerous reports prepared and collected by Haines while he was an employee of the United States Food Administration during World War I. Included also are minutes and resolutions from meetings of the Agricultural Advisory Committee, for which Haines acted as secretary. Also present are reports, tables and charts, and handwritten notes of Haines and of Cecil H. Smith, written for the Food Administration, and concerning food and agricultural production in the United States, Australia, Great Britain, France, and other countries.
