Papers of Michael G. Kirby, a Democratic legislator who represented the 13th Assembly District (northwest Milwaukee) from 1975 to 1982. The files consist of constituent correspondence, subject files, and files on special committees on school bus laws, the special needs of the deaf, and Public Service Commission rate cases.
