Abstract:
Records, 1905-1989, of the Wisconsin Food Processors Association, a food processors trade association begun in 1905 as the Wisconsin Pea Packers Association. Renamed the Wisconsin Canners Association, the Wisconsin Canners and Freezers Association, and then the Wisconsin Food Processors Association, about 1988 the group merged with Illinois and Minnesota groups to form the Midwest Food Processors Association. Materials document safety contests, membership and officers, meetings and conventions, and the Association's 75th anniversary.
