Abstract:

Records of the National Cheese Exchange, 1937-2001, including an incomplete run of minute books from 1937 to 1999, tax and insurance documents, speeches summarizing the history of the Exchange, which began as the Wisconsin Cheese Exchange, correspondence, and materials relating to the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association. Materials relating to 1942 and 1950 court cases are also included. One photograph, from a Wisconsin Cheese Exchange dinner with retiring president H.G. Davis on April 28, 1939 is included.
