Abstract:

Records of the University of Wisconsin System Archives Council (UWSAC), an organization whose purpose is to assist the campuses of the University of Wisconsin (UW) System and the Wisconsin Historical Society (WHS) in collecting, preserving, and making historical records available throughout the state. Agreements with the Wisconsin Historical Society allow campuses to house WHS research collections pertaining to their respective geographic region, and to transfer collections between sites. The records consist of minutes and related meeting materials, committee files, correspondence, and subject files.
