Abstract:

Record of Circuit Court orders and decrees showing title of case, names of parties involved, sometimes the nature of the case or action, statement of order or decree, date of order, and name of judge. Includes civil, criminal and probate cases, naturalizations (orders granting citizenship), jury summonses, and names of jurors and witnesses in cases that went to trial. Volume 3 includes citizenship declarations of intent (“intentions”) from 1849. All records are available both on positive microfilm and in the original paper format.

The microfilm was produced by the Genealogical Society of Utah, 1999, which holds the master negative.
