Record of cases judging persons insane including the name of the person alleged to be insane, the judge's order for a hearing, the report of the medical examiner, and the order for commitment. Volume 1 also contains minutes of the proceedings, 1883-1891, and statistics and records of child labor permits, 1903-1909.
