Abstract:
Records consisting of clerk's record books including school district and school board meeting minutes, 1902-1959; financial records, 1876-1959; and teacher's registers, 1874-1957. Clerk records generally include meeting minutes, teachers' contracts, registers of school officers, register of orders drawn, annual reports and censuses which give student names and ages. Financial record books typically contain yearly financial statements, and cash receipts/disbursements. Teachers' registers and attendance books generally contain student names, ages and grades, curriculum information and visitor logs.
