This series consists of positive user microfilm copied from Calumet County's security negatives. The Calumet County Central Duplicating (Microfilm) Department filmed the original records in 1993. The security negatives and original deed books are in the Calumet County Register of Deeds office, Chilton Wisconsin.

The reel and volume numbers are those used by the Calumet County Register of Deeds.

Researchers should be aware that the county did not use targets identifying the beginning of each volume. Therefore it is important to keep track of the page numbers in order to recognize the beginning of a volume. If the researcher cannot locate deeds or they are unreadable, contact the Calumet County Register of Deeds office for access to the originals.

Volumes were filmed in reverse chronological order. Entries within volumes are chronological by date of document filing.
