Abstract:

A summary record of judgments showing names of parties to the case; amount of judgment including damages, costs, and court fees; attorneys; and dates of executions issued and returned and satisfactions made. The dockets record divorces, injunctions, and other non-money judgments as well as the more frequent awards of money. Volume 10 and subsequent dockets provide the box number in which the original judgment was filed instead of a serial judgment number.
