Abstract:

Records from a study of gender based equity in position classifications resulting in changes in placement of classifications on the salary schedule to redress gender based pay inequities. Records include significant study materials, correspondence, minutes, agendas, analysis reports, and the final report from the Task Force on Comparable Worth.
