Wisconsin Crop Improvement Association (WCIA) is responsible for seed certification throughout Wisconsin. They provide third party inspection, interviewing, and seed testing services. Founded in 1901, these records document WCIA's activities from 1903 to 1980. This collection consists of 27 boxes.
