Biographical / Historical

Emma C. Fink was born in Milwaukee in 1872. She was musician and composer of music for piano and organ, and composed several works for the Hammond Electric Organ. She was the sister of Albert Fink, a notable violinist and music teacher. Emma Fink remained in Milwaukee throughout her career, and died in 1956.

The Emma C. Fink collection is contained in two sheet music boxes. It is sorted into two series.

Series I contains facsimile copies of manuscript scores by Emma Fink. The compositions are for piano, organ and string quartet.

Series II contains a bound collection of published sheet music by other composers.
