Papers and photographs from Alpha Kappa Tau, a social fraternity of the Milwaukee State Teachers College, from 1935 to 1939. The papers document activities and sports in which fraternity members participated; the photographs document members, friends, and fraternity rush activities.

Biography/History

Alpha Kappa Tau was a fraternity at the Milwaukee State Teachers College from 1928 to 1946. It was primarily a social organization, but members also fostered discussion on educational and social problems.

Arrangement of the Materials

The items in this collection were originally collected in a scrapbook and are now divided as such: newspaper clippings, photographs, and programs.
