A notebook from Jane Heule Yarbrough's Milwaukee State Teachers College days containing notes from her two-week student teaching/internship assignment at Blair Elementary School in Waukesha in 1949. Her notes provide insights to the first grade curriculum and daily schedule at the school. The book also has some notes, 1950-1951, from Yarbrough's first teaching job for the Long Beach Unified School District in Long Beach, California. English

Biography/History
Jane Heule Yarbrough graduated from the Milwaukee State Teachers College, a UWM predecessor institution, in 1950. After graduation, she accepted a teaching job for the Long Beach Unified School District in Long Beach, California.
