Physical Description: 0.8 cubic feet (2 archives boxes) and 6.7 cubic feet of photographs (6 archives boxes, 24 negative boxes, 1 flat box, and 1 oversize folder) 
Scope and Content Note: Glass plate negatives, ledgers, and photographs made by William R. Parks of Iola, Wisconsin. The photographs and negatives include formal studio portraits, presumably of citizens of Iola, as well as views of Iola and South Dakota. Many images identify subjects as members of the Parks family, but most images are unidentified. Negatives range in size, and non-glass negatives are present within the boxes (probably nitrate). The ledgers include some client information, but primarily document the day-to-day expenses and business of running the photo studio.
