Biography/History

The Wisconsin Association of Secondary School Principals was organized in November 1928, having as its aim the promotion of interests of secondary education in Wisconsin by giving special consideration to the problems that arise in connection with administration, organization, and supervision of secondary schools. Membership was made up of persons engaged in secondary education: (1) the principal or executive head of a secondary school, that is, a school which contains one or more of the following grades, 9, 10, 11, 12; (2) those engaged in the training of teachers for secondary schools; and (3) those engaged in the supervision of secondary schools.
