Abstract:
Records of a cheesemakers association, with headquarters in Monroe, Wisconsin, formed for the purpose of advancing the latest methods for producing quality cheese, mainly Swiss and limburger. Correspondence, 1942-1948, concerns state and federal regulations affecting cheese standards, grading, and price differentials. Also included are by-laws and the constitution, contracts, minutes, reports, and financial accounts, 1944-1949.
