Abstract:

Records of a non-profit collective that produced the Alternative Press Index. Alphabetically arranged correspondence, which comprises the bulk of the collection, documents the center's editorial activities and its financial difficulties. A small miscellaneous file includes an advertising brochure, financial reports, a brief history, sample indexing sheets, a list of periodicals indexed, and a newsletter.
