Miscellaneous items, 1909-1914, 1917, and undated, relating to various Indian tribes, collected or written by various individuals. Included is poetry; information on the Ojibwe (Chippewa), Brothertown, Menominee, and Ho-Chunk (Winnebago) Indians of Wisconsin; a description of plants used by the White Mountain Apache Indians of Arizona; an account of a mound said to contain the remains of Black Hawk; the story of the massacre of the Mascouten Nation; Native American recipes; and a register from a 1914 meeting of the Society of American Indians.
