Abstract:

Guest registers from several Superior, Wis., hotels and an unidentified campground. Included are registers for the Avery House (1873-1874), Superior House (1868-1872), The Euclid (1905), and the campground (1917, 1925-1927). Information generally includes registrant's name, residence, date, room number, and occasional remarks. There is also a guest account register (1856-1873) for the Superior House recording detailed expenses for each hotel registrant including room, wine, and laundry expenses incurred.
