Included are minutes of meetings of work and study groups, correspondence with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, budgets, drafts of the state plan, site visit records, and special initiatives such as marketing concepts, stakeholder reports, and infra-structure tracking. The plan is normally published in the decade year.
