Abstract:
Files from the state Hospital Rate-Setting Commission contain standard submission forms required from each hospital annually, whether or not a rate review was requested. For hospitals requesting rate reviews, also included are work papers and related records, as well as permanent files used every year for a hospital's rate review.

These records have been assigned Series 3080.

The appendix lists temporary six-digit identifier numbers for boxes in accessions 1988/175 and 1991/144 sent to the State Records Center. Users should include these numbers when requesting these boxes.
