Abstract:
The Governor's Law Enforcement and Crime Commission advises the Governor on law enforcement and crime prevention issues and engages in law enforcement planning and policy issues. It also oversees disbursal of federal grant monies for the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988 and the Justice Assistance Act of 1984. These files include: correspondence with the Commission, minutes of the quarterly meetings, meeting folders, agendas, and copies of anti-drug abuse and crime prevention grant awards heard and acted upon by this body.
