Abstract:

Hearing transcripts and recordings, draft rules, departmental memos, and correspondence from legislators, licensees, and professional associations as well as others relating to the promulgation of administrative rules by the Pharmacy Examining Board. Topics that are well documented include compounding and dispensing limitations on non-pharmacists, therapeutic substitution, standards of professional conduct and defining unprofessional conduct, pharmacy facilities and equipment, and the dispensation of controlled substances. Tape recordings were retained only for hearings that were not transcribed.
