Abstract:
Minutes, reports, and correspondence of a Department of Administration committee comprised of private sector representatives, low income advocates, and state and local officials that advised the division on low income energy matters. Also included are minutes, recommendations and reports from the similarly-named Low Income Energy Advisory Committee of the Department of Health and Social Services; papers of the Ad Hoc Low Income Task Force and information on the pilot program for the DHSS Wisconsin Energy Assurance Program developed by the Ad Hoc committee; and applications, correspondence, and county statistical analyses of the federal Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) also administered by DHSS. Also included is a report on the Warm Room Program and additional applications submitted by DHSS for federal weatherization funds.
