School district reorganization appeals made to the state superintendent under Section 117.03, Wis. Stats. Files include: local decision, appeal to the state superintendent, correspondence, exhibits, and the decision and order from the board. Appeals made to the state superintendent before July 1984 were heard by the State Appeal Board.
