Abstract:

Memoranda containing analyses of bills in the Wisconsin legislature. The analyses were prepared by Department of Administration budget analysts and other state agency staff for use by the governor when acting on legislation. A typical analysis includes a summary of the legislation, its fiscal impact, pros and cons, key supporters and opponents, and a recommended course of action.
