Abstract:
Records of the Insurance Laws Revision Committee created in 1965 under the Wis. Stat. 13.84 (found in the supplement) as an interim committee of the Legislative Council. It was directed to examine Wisconsin's insurance laws and make recommendations for revisions. The committee was abolished in chapter 34, Laws of 1979. Included are the minutes of the committee and correspondence with public employees, state and federal legislators, and representatives of the insurance industry, pertaining to recommendations for changes to existing and proposed insurance legislation.
