Abstract:

Annual financial reports of counties, cities, villages, and towns submitted to the Department of Revenue. The reports contain summaries of revenues, expenditures, changes in fund balances, statements of financial condition, a summary of agency receipts and disbursements, and a statement of indebtedness. The data is used to determine a portion of shared revenues, public municipal services aids, and federal general revenue sharing aids. Records for 1979 are contained on 14 reels of microfilm; all other records are on microfiche.
