Abstract:

Records of a committee appointed by Governor Lucey in 1971 to advise the Health Policy and Program Council and the Bureau of Comprehensive Health Planning of the Department of Health and Social Services on health planning issues; the committee issued its final report, Health Care for Wisconsin, in November, 1972. Included is information collected at public hearings around the state; reports; administrative correspondence of chairman David Carley and others; planning documents; research material concerning health services, chiropractic, and intensive care, medical insurance, education of health care providers and consumers. Additional published reports and research materials are held by the WHS Library.
