Abstract:
Records of the Commission which was established in 1955 by Chapter 477 to study broad issues and policies concerning state public retirement systems. The records include the final report, correspondence, minutes, memoranda, bills and resolutions, recommendations, progress reports, organization papers, and legislative and subcommittee material and papers relating to the Wisconsin Retirement Fund and the State Teachers Retirement System. The Commission was attached to the Council for administrative purposes only.
