Abstract:

Correspondence and disciplinary case files, mainly 1944-1974. The files chiefly concern violations of the prohibition on professional advertising rather than charges of immorality, fraud, or improper professional practices typical of disciplinary files. Hearing files include transcriptions, briefs, and other court documents, with the case of Ritholz v. Ammon, which was heard before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, being the most fully documented.
