Abstract:
Scattered reports prepared by the board, including reports describing accounting systems, audits, and budgetary recommendations for rural schools, the University, continuation schools, the Mining School, normal schools, and vocational schools. Also included is a 1917 report on general operations of Wisconsin's institutions of higher education submitted to Secretary of State Merlin Hull, a member of the board, by B. R. Buckingham, educational statistician, and Francis S. Lamb, secretary and accountant.
