Minutes, correspondence, reports, subject files, and the final report of the Committee formed to examine and determine the applicability to Wisconsin of the National Advisory Commission on Civil Disorders' Kerner Report, which investigated racial disorders and their causes and which submitted recommendations to prevent further disorders. Subject files concern topics such as court reorganization, education, employment, family planning, housing, and welfare.
