Abstract:
Correspondence, manuals, minutes of Council meetings and other defense related meetings, membership lists, defense handbooks, communications from the Office of Civilian Defense and the Office of Emergency Management, and surveys and reports including the Defense Resources Study Solid Fuels Survey, Survey on Priority Unemployment, and the Wisconsin Industrial Survey. Also included are the records of the Wisconsin War Records Commission consisting of correspondence of Dr. Edward P. Alexander, chairman, a bibliography of Wisconsin in the war effort, minutes, reports, and the War Records Manual.
