Abstract:
Application files for medical doctors and doctors of osteopathy, containing biographical data sheets, medical school academic transcripts, certified copies or photostat of diplomas and military service records, correspondence, and photographs of applicants. The earliest files, however, consist only of the basic application form. After 1969 information on applicants is retained in the Department of Regulation and Licensing's computerized license history file (see RDA 1654/0028).
