Abstract:

Tabulated real estate value cards compiled for the purpose of establishing the ratio of the assessor's real estate valuations to the true value as represented by sales prices averaged each year for the previous six year period. The cards list the number of property transfers annually in each county and town, village, or city, the number of acres sold, assessed value, and true value of property transferred. For Taylor County, totals are given but no data for local units is included.
