Corporate records of domestic insurers organized or operating under chapters 185, 611, 612, 613, 614, 615, or 616, Wis. Stats. that have discontinued writing insurance in Wisconsin because of merger, financial difficulty, or other reasons. Records include articles of incorporation, by-laws and amendments, biographical data on officers and directors, reinsurance agreements, holding company transactions and registrations, and company correspondence.
