Abstract:

Copies of Land Commission orders pertaining to such matters as granting permission to pay overdue interest without penalty, dismissal of clerks, forfeiture of lands to state upon determination of purchasers' failure to comply with law, permission to redeem land, investment of school funds derived from sale of state lands, protection of state land against trespass, and seizure and sale of forest products taken illegally from state lands.
