Abstract:
Records of the joint legislative committee responsible for review of the biennial budget bill and all bills introduced into the Wisconsin Legislature which appropriate funds or provide for revenue to the state. Included are minutes, bill histories on legislation considered by the committee, roll calls on individual votes, materials distributed to influence members, memoranda prepared by the Legislative Fiscal Bureau for the committee, and agenda material for meetings on emergency appropriations.
