The collection consists of six minute books covering the years 1907-1957. The minutes are all handwritten and record motions and committee reports presented during the meetings. Not contained in the minutes are attendance records. All records of attendance and membership would have been contained in the Roll-Book. The Roll-Book is not present in this collection. In the front of the first book is contained the Decree of Rebekah. The Decree is a set of rituals consisting of the Opening Ode, the Closing Ode, the Institution Ode, the Installation Ode, the Initiation Ode, and the Presentation to the N.G. N.G. stands for Noble Grand and is the chief presiding officer of the lodge.
