Abstract:
Records of the organizations which comprised the Socialist Labor Pary in Wisconsin: Section Milwaukee and its two branches, the Lincoln County Propaganda Committee and the State Campaign Committee; including correspondence, proceedings, radio addresses, and news clippings. The records document the activities of political campaigning, providing speakers, sponsoring study groups, and distributing party literature. Frequent references are made to two branches of the Party in Milwaukee, the Bulgarian Branch and the South Slovenian Branch. Correspondents include party leader Georgia Cozzini and field workers Arnold Fortman, Alfred Potter, and John Schleier.
