Scope and Content Note

Program files related to educational television projects produced by Northeastern Wisconsin In-School Telecommunications (NEWIST) at UW-Green Bay including a vocational guidance series; Forest Spirits, documenting the Menominee and Oneida Indian life ways; a creative dramatics series; and several series on Wisconsin geography and ethnic groups. Also included are film viewing prints from a vocational guidance series titled, It's About You, and original camera film footage, film outtakes, and audio interviews used in the production of the series Forest Spirits.

Included are finished episodes from the video series Forest Spirits which highlights the lifeways of two native tribes in Wisconsin: the Oneida and the Menominee. The first three episodes focus on the Oneida and the last four focus on the Menominee.
