Records of a voluntary benefit association, founded in 1909 by Milwaukee city police officers, which later developed into a police labor union. Included is a 1968 constitution and bylaws; minutes, 1909-1971; and a financial journal, 1942-1963, containing annual reports, 1942-1956.
