Papers of Nick Kotz, a journalist who has worked for the Des Moines Register and the Washington Post, and who with his wife Mary Lynn has written extensively on the labor and civil rights movements. Included are research materials for his books, A Passion for Equality: George Wiley and the Movement, Let Them Eat Promises: The Politics of Hunger in America, The Unions, Wild Blue Yonder: Money, Politics, and the B-1 Bomber, and Judgment Days: Lyndon Johnson, Martin Luther King, Jr., and the Laws that Changed America, among others.
